My name is Gustavo. I was born in Nayarit, México in a small city called Tepic. I was influenced by the indigenous cultures of this area since I was a child. Rituals and things that were out of the ordinary always caught my attention.

I suffered from migraines in my late teens and early 20’s, so I opened myself up to alternative medicine with herbs and massages. Thanks to this, I began to see that everything is connected starting with our habits, and more deeply with our emotions and thoughts. This understanding helped me heal my migraines.

Another event that helped in my healing and transformation process was participating in the Temazcal (Sweatlodge). Experiencing this ceremony that represents the womb of Mother Earth, was a rebirth and a reconnection with Her.

I felt much better with all these previous experiences, but it wasn’t until I learned about my Galactic Signature from the Law of Time teachings that my life took a complete turn. This is a system based on natural time, with Mayan mathematics and with a new galactic vision, for all of us that don’t belong to an Indigenous ethnic group or under an ancestral lineage or tradition. It’s a practice and knowledge that embraces us all. This discovery really filled that void or hunger that I had for something else that would give life more meaning, as I could not feel it in the religion I was born into.

In 2004, I participated for the first time in the Tipi ceremony or the Native American Church (NAC). This ceremony directed/guided by the Diné Indigenous people of New Mexico. It is then that I began my walk with entheogenic medicines, plants that open us to connect with the divine within ourselves.

In 2011, I found myself sitting at a cacao “ceremony” on Keith Wilson’s porch in San Marcos La Laguna, Guatemala. There began my practice with the medicine of cacao, which continued to deepen in relationship with Quiche Mayan elders, Nan Fabiana & Tat Pedro. My previous partner and I were pioneers in bringing this medicine to Mexico and the US. (Read more about my path with cacao HERE).

In all these years since I began my path of awakening, learning with different Grandfathers and Grandmothers of Indigenous traditions, with “Galactic” Teachers and with all these tools and awakening practices, I managed to integrate the ancestral and the galactic into my life in a respectful, grateful and authentic way.

Thanks to all the tests and initiations that I have received in the last 20 years, I dare to share my practice for those who are searching and calling for a re-encounter with themselves and an opening to the expanded synchronicity in their lives.
